Our Pastors

Pastor Joe and Brenda Borghese have been serving the Lord since 1979. They have been involved in many wonderful churches in the Ohio area. In every area of ministry they have served wherever and whenever was needed.

Their focus in ministry is to mature the Body of Christ , to educate Christians in the Promises of God , to constantly be bearing the fruit of the Holy Spirit as well as operating properly in the spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor has a vision for maturing individuals into people of destiny for the Kingdom of God. He believes that we are all called to some form of ministry in the body of Christ and that by finding our purpose we will manifest our God ordained destiny.

As leaders of the fellowship of Shepherds Voice these pastors care for and protect the people that God has sent to them as they lead them into Kingdom Living.  This is a short list of our tenets of faith .....

We believe in a born again experience as evidence of a relationship with God. ( John 3:5 : Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. " )

We believe in the empowering of the Holy Spirit . ( Acts 1:5 for John baptized with water, but before many days you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit." 8 But ye shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

We believe that God intends for us to show our faith in His Word by the actions of our life. ( James 2:14 "Dear brothers, what's the use of saying that you have faith and are Christians if you aren't proving it by helping others? Will that kind of faith save anyone?")

Our fellowship is a mix of different denominations , Catholic , Lutheran , Baptist , Presbyterians and such who have found a common bond in Jesus Christ . We are men , women and children. Black and white . We see our visible appearances and accept who God has made us . In that we are able to become One in Him and with each other.

I grew up in church  but never invested in God or let Him invest in me .. When I finally experienced the forgiveness of God I then experienced the love of God. This revelation of His love became the cornerstone of my teaching to others , " God knows you and He loves you anyway" .. Once you can get this truth God will open up to you . 

I have been married to a wonderful anointed man for 34 years and I have one daughter and one grand-daughter, My passion is to see people come out of the darkness into HIS marvelous light, I enjoy teaching others on prayer and knowing and hearing Gods voice in every area of their life through His word, I also love the nations and love traveling to them to share Gods love.
