More About Us

Shepherds Voice has been in the Powell community since March 1998 . . We began in the original Powell Post office at South Liberty Street and remained there until we moved to our new and larger facility October of 2001 in the Village Pointe Plaza Office Campus.

Our fellowship is a diverse group of people all seeking the heart and mind of God. All ages and backgrounds gather together to come into the agreement of God’s Word.

We are free to worship God and have fun at the same time.

We are reverent yet playful with God knowing Him as our Father in heaven who loves us even when we are not so lovable. As we treat each other with this same love we find that all barriers and walls are removed allowing us to truly love and care for one another.

If you grew up in church like most of us did , going through the rituals and motions and feeling that you were still missing something until you finally gave up on church and quit going.

Or if you were never in church and felt like God didn't care, or maybe you just need some people to love you , this might be what your looking for. 

Shepherds Voice is a church that wants to please God and enjoy our relationship with Him and each other as He interacts in our life. If you miss having church this way , or never had church this way , we think we can convince you that your new home and family is waiting for you at Shepherds Voice.

Our church is under the covering of Bishop Long and we are a part of the Fathers House.
